A friend in Canada just sent me a link to an inspirational online movie that Ken Blanchard and Barbara Glanz created to promote The Simple Truths of Service book and DVD. The movie does an amazing job illustrating how one person can create loyal customers with just one thoughtful action that grabs people's attention. Additionally, the promotion of the book through a short yet powerful online presentation with moving music is a technique that can be applied to many different items - particularly information products that are much more compelling when they engage people emotionally as well as intellectually.
